I truly enjoyed the lovely rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city, particularly at sunset. The staff made me feel welcome and were attentive to my needs throughout my stay. Although the food options were limited, I appreciated the typical local dishes provided.

Elevators are cramped and can’t handle heavy traffic. many guests found them frustrating. Some rooms had issues with cleanliness, everything from stained bed covers to uncomfortable mattresses made for less than restful nights. Food variety lacked, and breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, leaving many feeling underwhelmed by culinary choices.

the elevator situation is absolutely ridiculous, I mean, how do you expect everyone to fit in those tiny things? and don’t even get me started on the bed, which gave me back pain from sleeping on what felt like a stained rock. i woudl ve been okay if I had received some special treatment, but I guess that’s too much to ask.

The kids loved splashing around in the pool, especially the one on the 4th floor. Strolling from the hotel to the beach was a hit, and we even explored Bodeguita Dock, which was a fun day trip.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleaning staff needs training.

i had high hopes for costa del sol after my previous stay in the city, and it did exceed my expectations with its prime location and art features that added character. the rooftop bar was enjoyable and the office area was well-designed. the room was clean and beds were somewhat comfortable.

the shower had no hot water.

the shower had no hot water, but the location was perfect! just a quick walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. the staff tried to be helpful, and the cleaning lady was super nice! !

Couples looking for good vibes

The service was incredible! ! The staff were super attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I loved how comfortable the room was, felt like a breath of fresh air, especially after the long days we had exploring. Plus, the view from the rooftop bar was out of this world. watching the sunset while sipping a drink was just unforgettable.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, I think it was still worth the price.
